Overview

Nexus is a headless commerce engine built for multi-vendor marketplaces. Merchants manage catalogs independently while shoppers get personalized discovery across the storefront.

Challenge

We needed flexible content workflows from a headless CMS without sacrificing checkout performance, inventory consistency, or recommendation quality.

Outcome

Shipped a GraphQL commerce API, Stripe-powered checkout, and AI recommendation slots that lifted conversion on featured collections.
