Overview

UrbanScout turns city streets into interactive quest routes. Players pick an adventure, pay for an access code, navigate with GPS and solve story-driven puzzles — no app install required.

Challenge

Balance immersive storytelling with reliable GPS UX, offline-friendly content and a simple purchase-to-play flow across UA/EN.

Outcome

Shipped a quest platform experience with city routes, how-to-play guidance, FAQ and bilingual marketing/product UI.
